Move CS-Cart Installation to Another Directory

Posting here after finding the CS-Cart instructions for moving v4.0.2 to be frustratingly incomplete.

Full steps – in my case moving from /testcart  to  /

1. Open  config.local.php
   1. edit: $config['http_path'] = '/testcart'; edit: $config['https_path'] = '/testcart';

      1 2	edit: $config['http_path'] = '/testcart'; edit: $config['https_path'] = '/testcart';

2. My edit was like this:
   1. $config['http_path'] = '/testcart'; > $config['http_path'] = ''; $config['https_path'] = '/testcart'; > $config['https_path'] = '';

      1 2	$config['http_path'] = '/testcart';  > $config['http_path'] = ''; $config['https_path'] = '/testcart';  > $config['https_path'] = '';

3. — Now for the part not in the CS-Cart KB —
4. Store Admin
5. Click your store name text link at the top right of any admin page
6. Click Manage Stores
7. Click on your store name
8. Edit the Storefront URL  &  Secure Storefront URL
9. Save
